Registration & Purchasing Services

7. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time when requesting services from Xpo Displays, are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provide when registering or ordering by updating your personal details to ensure we can communicate with you effectively.

 

8. It is your responsibility to confirm you are happy with any print proof prior to printing, including any colour matching. Once you have agreed a print proof, Xpo Displays will have no responsibility or liability for the accuracy of a print. Where you fail to exercise this right, the artwork provided shall be chargeable to you in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Xpo Displays reserve the right in its absolute discretion to refuse to accept artwork from you. 

 

9. We may suspend or cancel your registration with immediate effect for any reasonable purposes or if you breach these terms and conditions.

 

10. You may cancel your registration at any time by deactivating your account on the Website. If you do so, you will no longer have access to the Website. Cancellation or suspension of your registration does not affect any statutory rights.

 

11. All prices are quoted excluding VAT. No order shall be deemed accepted until you receive a confirmation of purchase email. Xpo Displays reserve the right to make any changes in the specification of any goods delivered in accordance with the services provided, which are required to confirm with any applicable safety or other statutory requirement, which do not materially affect their performance. Xpo Displays shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of any goods and/or services. 

 

12. Where items need to be installed or displayed in a location at the request of any customer, you confirm that you hold all necessary licenses, onsents, permits and approvals required for such goods to be displayed in the location and that you will provide the requisite access. [1]

13. When you register on this Website, you will be asked to create a password, which you should keep confidential and not disclose or share with anyone.

 

14. If we have reason to believe that there is or is likely to be any misuse of the Website or breach of security, we may require you to change your password or suspend your account.

17. We use some third parties to provide printing and printed materials for exhibitions and events and as such as we are not reliable for their quality of service or any defects or issues in the service they deliver.

34. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
